clipper's remarks: This NYPD scanner audio from 9/11 reports a remarkable incident that news has never covered, that they stopped a truck that day that had a mural of a plane diving into New York City, as well as "remote controlled plane" clearly mentioned in the audio. (See audio clip link at bottom above).

Also detained earlier were the "dancing Israeli" art students who were high-fiving each other during the tragedy, even later admitted their Mossad connections and that they were sent to "record the incident" (i.e. foreknowledge). Even Democracy Now here discussed that documented incident.

Recently, an email drifted in about an article I wrote, What were the Mossad with fraudulent New Zealand Passports doing in Iraq?

The writer said, “I’ve known about this for some time -- that the Mossad was involved in murdering our troops in a variety of methods to keep them there so we could ‘finish’ the job by destroying Syria and Iran. For years now I’ve suspected and now know for sure the Mossad had a lot to do with the 9/11 attack on the WTC. The attached mp3 is a recording of NYPD radio transmissions on 9/11. Listen from the 3-minute mark almost to the end. This was never reported in the media.”

'Justice' Dept. Wants to Erase 4th Amendment, FBI to Have Gestapo Power

The Justice Department said Wednesday that in light of requests from members of Congress for more information, Mr. Mukasey would agree not to sign the new guidelines before a Sept. 17 Congressional hearing.

Can you believe this absolute corruption and blatant attempt to usurp power for federal policing? There will actually be a hearing in America's Congress to determine whether the 4th amendment will still stand--which forbids searches without probable cause! This right after the annual Sept. 11th propaganda campaign to justify ANY NEW POWERS the government wants, the Constitution notwithstanding.

Mukasey has no Constitutional authority to sign or authorize this (the Constitution is above Mukasey, as well as Bush and Congress), but he wants to, after a good propaganda campaign to justify it as "necessary".

New Guidelines Would Give F.B.I. Broader Powers

WASHINGTON — A Justice Department plan would loosen restrictions on the Federal Bureau of Investigation to allow agents to open a national security or criminal investigation against someone without any clear basis for suspicion, Democratic lawmakers briefed on the details said Wednesday.

The senators said the new guidelines would allow the F.B.I. to open an investigation of an American, conduct surveillance, pry into private records and take other investigative steps “without any basis for suspicion.” The plan “might permit an innocent American to be subjected to such intrusive surveillance based in part on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, or on protected First Amendment activities,” the letter said.

As the end of the Bush administration nears, the White House has been seeking to formalize in law and regulation some of the aggressive counterterrorism steps it has already taken in practice since the Sept. 11 attacks.

The White House has denied (see previous clipmark) but award-winning journalist Suskind summarizes his sources and defends his allegations on Democracy Now (see first podcast "listen" link).

The second podcast, Aug. 14, includes House Judiciary Chair John Conyers who has already started an investigation under way which will lead to some kind of action. Conyer's stated the the Senate Intelligence Committee, headed by Jay Rockefeller, has the power to review classified documents to verify this.

9/11 third tower mystery 'solved'

The final mystery of 9/11 will soon be solved, according to US experts investigating the collapse of the third tower at the World Trade Center.

The 47-storey third tower, known as Tower Seven, collapsed seven hours after the twin towers.

Investigators are expected to say ordinary fires on several different floors caused the collapse.

Conspiracy theorists have argued that the third tower was brought down in a controlled demolition.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology, based near Washington DC, is expected to conclude in its long-awaited report this month that ordinary fires caused the building to collapse.

However, a group of architects, engineers and scientists say the official explanation that fires caused the collapse is impossible. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth argue there must have been a controlled demolition.

Who benefits from 9/11 and this propaganda more than Israel and the neoconservative agenda for a new middle east? We know who would be behind it if another occurs, the same behind the first one. For Lieberman to "predict" this demonstrates inside knowledge (if it happens) and a clear motive on his part for even desiring it to push the war agenda.

Lieberman's argument is also entirely irrational. If Islamic extremists want the U.S. out of the middle east and wars halted, they would do nothing at all. There has been nothing prohibiting repeated terrorism if those blamed for 9/11 were true and Al Qaeda was not in Iraq.

Motive, means, and opportunity point to the real perpetrators per criminology 101.

(CBS) In describing the reasons he believes the Republicans' presumptive nominee for president would be better prepared than the Democrats' to lead the nation next January, Sen. Joe Lieberman said that history shows the United States would likely face a terrorist attack in 2009.

"Our enemies will test the new president early," Lieberman, I-Conn., told Face The Nation host Bob Schieffer. "Remember that the truck bombing of the World Trade Center happened in the first year of the Clinton administration. 9/11 happened in the first year of the Bush administration."

Lieberman nonetheless distanced himself from remarks by McCain chief strategist Charlie Black, who came under criticism for suggesting in an interview that McCain's election chances would be improved if a terrorist attack occurred before November.

$5.8 million for scientist in anthrax lawsuit

WASHINGTON - A former Army scientist who was named as a person of interest in the 2001 anthrax attacks will receive $5.8 million to settle his lawsuit against the Justice Department. Steven Hatfill claimed the Justice Department violated his privacy rights by speaking with reporters about the case.

Settlement documents were filed in federal court Friday. Both sides have agreed to the deal, according to the documents, and as soon as they are signed, the case will be dismissed.

The deal requires the Justice Department to pay $2.825 million dollars up front and buy Hatfill a $3 million annuity that will pay him $150,000 each year for 20 years.

"Our government failed us, not only by failing to catch the anthrax mailers but by seeking to conceal that failure," Hatfill's lawyers said in a statement. "Our government did this by leaking gossip, speculation, and misinformation to a handful of credulous reporters."

The FBI does not list 9/11 on Bin Laden's wanted poster, and they say "there is no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11".

Get Osama Bin Laden before I leave office, orders George W Bush

President George W Bush has enlisted British special forces in a final attempt to capture Osama Bin Laden before he leaves the White House.

Defence and intelligence sources in Washington and London confirmed that a renewed hunt was on for the leader of the September 11 attacks. “If he [Bush] can say he has killed Saddam Hussein and captured Bin Laden, he can claim to have left the world a safer place,” said a US intelligence source.

The Special Boat Service (SBS) and the Special Reconnaissance Regiment have been taking part in the US-led operations to capture Bin Laden in the wild frontier region of northern Pakistan. It is the first time they have operated across the Afghan border on a regular basis.

The hunt was “completely sanctioned” by the Pakistani government, according to a UK special forces source. It involves the use of Predator and Reaper unmanned aerial vehicles

Twenty-five former U.S. military officers have severely criticized the official account of 9/11 and called for a new investigation. They include former commander of U.S. Army Intelligence, Major General Albert Stubblebine, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Col. Ronald D. Ray, two former staff members of the Director of the National Security Agency; Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, PhD, and Major John M. Newman, PhD, and many others. • The theory that the buildings collapsed due to controlled-demolition explosives, however, is consistent with scientific principles and the facts. The “demolition” theory, in fact, is the only one which scientists have been able to corroborate. That is, “… all observations are in accord with the use of explosives in a time sequence.” (Legge and Szamboti, December, Journal of 9/11 Studies.)

The events of 9/11 led immediately to the creation of the Department of Homeland Security and passage of the Patriot Act (what double-speak), both of which deprive us of Constitutional rights and have brought us to the brink of becoming a police state. Homeland Security is currently trying to force a national ID card down our throats, although some governors have politely (or not so politely) told Secretary Michael Chertoff where he can go.

A recent letter to the editor asked for evidence of my claims regarding the tragedy of 9/11. Below I present some points that are presently known. I won’t be able to convince anyone who doesn’t want to be convinced, but for those who are willing to deal with factual evidence, consider the following:

• 37 different people reported explosions in the basement of the World Trade Center Towers before the first plane hit, and seismic equipment recorded both the explosions and the impacts. In addition, people were injured by the explosions in the basement, providing well-documented evidence. Yet this evidence is ignored.

The media and government have promoted the “pancake theory” as the cause of the collapse of the Twin Towers — that is, fire weakened the steel support beams, causing the upper floors to collapse.

This theory is not consistent with scientific principles or the facts.

Threat level raised briefly; pilot interviewed

Plane intercepted after violating D.C. airspace

WASHINGTON - An aircraft violated the restricted airspace around downtown Washington Wednesday, prompting security officials to raise the threat level from yellow to orange and order personnel in the U.S. congressional buildings to prepare to evacuate.

Capitol Police Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said the plane was diverted to a landing in a nearby city where the pilot was being interviewed.

Michael Kucharek, a spokesman with North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, said two F-16s were scrambled after a plane heading south from the state of Maryland violated restricted air space around Washington.

A Coast Guard helicopter also was involved in the intercept and escort of the single-engine Cessna, according to Lt. Gene Maestas, spokesman for the guard's Mid-Atlantic region.

It was not immediately clear how close the plane had come to the Capitol building, where the U.S. Congress convenes.

In the lawsuit against the CIA, companies including American Airlines Inc., United Airlines Inc., US Airways Group Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., Continental Airlines Inc. and The Boeing Co. are seeking to interview the deputy chief of the CIA's bin Laden unit in 2001, and an FBI special agent assigned to the unit at that time. The names of both are secret.

Aviation companies blame FBI, CIA and terrorists for 9/11

NEW YORK: Aviation companies sued by the families of Sept. 11 victims for failing to safeguard air travel are in turn blaming federal investigators — arguing the Federal Aviation Administration was not alerted that al-Qaida was poised to launch terrorist attacks.

In court documents filed this week in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, aviation companies are seeking to force five FBI employees to provide testimony that may help defend against claims the companies share blame in the attacks.

"The aviation parties anticipate that the FBI witnesses' testimony will demonstrate that the FBI had information before Sept. 11 indicating that al-Qaida may have been about to launch terrorist attacks on civil aviation, which it did not timely pass along to the Federal Aviation Administration," lawyers wrote.

The airlines and aviation companies are defending themselves against lawsuits seeking billions of dollars in damages

Meanwhile, same article quotes Ahmadinejad of Iran calling 9/11 "suspicious" and convenient for a pretext for war:

"Four or five years ago, a suspicious event occurred in New York. A building collapsed and they said that 3,000 people had been killed but never published their names," Ahmadinejad told Iranians in the holy city of Qom.

"Under this pretext, they [the U.S.] attacked Afghanistan and Iraq and since then, a million people have been killed only in Iraq."

Of course then Netanyahu calls him Hitler. You are familiar with the propaganda by now.

Netanyahu also made this statement immediately after 9/11 as well.

Report: Netanyahu says 9/11 terror attacks good for Israel

The Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv on Wednesday reported that Likud leader Benjamin Netanyahu told an audience at Bar Ilan university that the September 11, 2001 terror attacks had been beneficial for Israel.

"We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq," Ma'ariv quoted the former prime minister as saying. He reportedly added that these events "swung American public opinion in our favor."

Netanyahu reportedly made the comments during a conference at Bar-Ilan University on the division of Jerusalem as part of a peace deal with the Palestinians.

Meanwhile, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the veracity of the September 11 attacks Thursday, calling it a pretext to invade Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ironically, the Pakistani ISI wired $100,000 to Mohammad Attah (one of the key patsies used for 9/11 blame, without evidence) just prior to 9/11.

Who wants to wager if another "catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor" will happen before Bush leaves office and before the November elections? It would be too convenient, and benefit only the neocon war agenda. "Motive, means, opportunity" are the key considerations for determining who is behind an event. Bush speaks on the possibility of another 9/11

US President George Bush has said he believes another 9/11 attack on the United Sates should be considered a strong possibility and warned that such an attack could originate from Pakistan.

In an interview with America’s ABC TV, Mr Bush said: "If another September 11 style attack is being planned, it probably is being plotted in Pakistan, and not Afghanistan."

Bush said if the terrorists were planning such attacks, they would be found out.

During the interview he also said that Washington had no intention of attacking Iran, but added that it was the responsibility of the US to convince the world of Iran's capacity to enrich its uranium capacities for a potentially threatening nuclear weapons program.

He said the US was continually gaining knowledge about Iran's activities in Iraq.

Bush said the United States would bring Iran to justice if it continued to try to use agents or surrogates to infiltrate Iraq and harm US troops and Iraqi citizens.

What is interesting is that he is an Israeli policy watcher from Princeton University and here he is saying there is significant and due cause for "suspicion" in looking at the neoconservatives' role in 9/11, which many claim was a "false flag" attack to blame Arabs and trigger the neocon agenda outlined by the Project for New American Century and their blueprint for a "new middle east" via wars for "regime change".

Most of the neoconservatives are pro-Zionist Jews with close alliances to the Israeli radical Likudnik party, with Benjamin Netanyahu. In fact, Larry Silverstein, lease-holder of the WTC complex (who purchased the lease only months prior to 9/11) is close personal friends with Netanyahu.

U.N. Official Calls for Study Of Neocons' Role in 9/11

WASHINGTON — A new U.N. Human Rights Council official assigned to monitor Israel is calling for an official commission to study the role neoconservatives may have played in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

On March 26, Richard Falk, Milbank professor of international law emeritus at Princeton University, was named by unanimous vote to a newly created position to report on human rights in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs. While Mr. Falk's specialty is human rights and international law, since the attacks in 2001, he has devoted some of his time to challenging what he calls the "9-11 official version."

All we can say is there is a lot of grounds for suspicion, there should be an official investigation of the sort the 9/11 commission did not engage in and that the failure to do these things is cheating the American people and in some sense the people of the world
