In recent years, with the involvement of pharmaceutical executives like Donald Rumsfeld with the Department of Defense, the trend has accelerated. Now hundreds of thousands of US servicemen and women receive vaccines that are untested and experimental in nature.

On October 16, 2006, the Department of Defense announced that it will resume its previously court-halted anthrax vaccination program and that troops who do not agree to receive the six-injection series voluntarily will be faced with disciplinary action.

Untested vaccinations are believed to be one of the source of Gulf War Illness, a crippling condition which disabled tens of thousands of soldiers after the first Gulf War.

Good Christian kids get to play rapists, drug addicts and murderers to scare other good Christian kids into submitting to the will of...

The will of whom exactly?

The only clear winner in this game is the whacko "minister" running the show.

After the flight from San Diego with 149 people aboard spent some 78 minutes out of contact with air-traffic control — a period that reportedly ended only when a concerned flight attendant contacted the pilots by intercom — the plane turned around over Wisconsin and landed safely. The pilots told authorities they were discussing "airline policy" during their odd detour, though many observers believe a more plausible explanation is that they simply fell asleep at the controls. An analysis of the plane's cockpit recorder should reveal what was happening up front, but if the speculation is right, it wouldn't be the first time a pair of pilots have dozed off. (See TIME's airline covers.)

Tags: pilots fall asleep, sleeping drivers on highways, fatigue, stimulants, lifestyle, physical exercise

<clipSource>http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1932040,00.html?xid=rss-topstories</clipSource>

Another sign for encouragement: Dow Hits 10,000.

clipped by: aklimento
clipper's remarks: It's look like we are on the way to full healing after hard recovery. More Doctors and nutritional scientists are saying that a diet high meat is disastrous to our health, while a plant-based (vegan) diet prevents disease and is restorative to it.

In the same interval, cheese intake soared from less than 4 pounds per person per year to about 32 pounds today. Sugar intake has gone up, too, by about 30 pounds per person per year. Where are we putting all that extra meat, cheese, and sugar? It contributes to body fat, of course, and diabetes follows. Today, about 13% of the U.S. adult population has type 2 diabetes, although many of them are not yet aware they have it.

Tags: solution for diabetes, vegan diet, bloodthirstiness, sufferings, cruelty

<clipSource>http://www.alternet.org/story/143149/a_solution_for_diabetes:_a_vegan_diet/?comments=view&cID=1339946&pID=1339909</clipSource>

It's gone!

clipped by: aklimento
clipper's remarks: So where are the scores fallen ill or even (Oh, God!) dead?
