Dowen and her husband, Richard, were making a freight delivery in Durham in August 2005 when they asked a deputy for help in getting their 4-year-old child, Randy, to the hospital.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;hr size="2" color="#666666" /&gt;&lt;div style="padding: 10px;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:left;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;An autopsy showed he died of malnutrition, dehydration and complications from pneumonia. Two police officers helped deliver the baby, but they had other plans for dad.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;hr size="2" color="#666666" /&gt;&lt;div style="padding: 10px;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:left;"&gt;Allen is the proud father of a newborn baby boy and celebrated by spending the day in jail. Allen got lost while frantically trying to drive his pregnant wife to Orlando Regional Medical Center.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;hr size="2" color="#666666" /&gt;&lt;div style="padding: 10px;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align:left;"&gt;After the child's birth, police discovered Allen had warrants for his arrest and took him into custody.&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;Allen was arrested on warrants related to failure to appear, child support and leaving the scene of an accident charges.
