My Review of Living Liberation

If you can identify with any of these questions or concerns or any others even remotely related, you should take a look at Living Liberation.

Living Liberation is a 7 week online meditation course written by Ray Baskerville. The meditation course includes 7 weekly courses in pdf format and in audio format. (I especially liked the audio format mp3s because I could listen to them in the car and at the gym). It also includes a guided meditation mp3 and bonus meditation guide.

My Experience Using Binaural Beats From the Internet

I’ve also noticed that I am much more efficient during the day with my work and am able to prioritize tasks in my “to do” lists. Instead of just going down each task and marking it off in the order in which I wrote them, I can now determine what task is going to be the most fruitful to get done for the day or for that hour.

I’ve used binaural beats specifically for energy, improvement of focus, and for cosmic meditation. They have each helped me in different ways and I am happy so far with the results.
