Sweet Pizza Dough Recipe

The people who love sweet food will find their favorite here. Within an hour, you can have a great and rich meal to share with your friends and families.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar ; 4 tablespoons butter
1/2 egg yolk ; About 2 tablespoons orange juice

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Rub in the butter. Add the egg yolk and enough of the orange juice to form manageable dough, the consistency of pastry. (Alternatively, combine the mixture in a food processor).

3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Roll out dough to fit on pan, then bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
