I encourage others still hesitant to join in the discussions to break away from checklists and short-term goals that are designed to be measurable [ex. E-mail 15 “talkers” -> check]. The real value of open customer engagement is long term. Every example of remarkable customer service and interactivity that is open to search engine traffic becomes a footprint in the history of one’s brand identity. Weave inspiring narratives throughout the net that will compel future customers to fall in love with your own unique customer experience.

Through persistent, genuine interaction, passionate customers convert from “talkers” into “teachers,” thereby amplifying the voices of every new community they encounter.”

Tags: hdbizblog, cluetrain, innovator, innovation, social media, ryan rasmussen, rasmussen, stephen smith, gtd

<clipSource>http://hdbizblog.com/blog/2007/09/19/an-interview-with-an-innovator/</clipSource>

Lifemuncher: "My Killer GTD Setup"

clipped by: Ryan Rasmussen
clipper's remarks: Detailed account of GTD process with photographs.

Clip Source: lifemuncher.blogspot.com

And since I love talking about this stuff, here we go...

Over the years I've tried a zillion different systems. Though I'll admit I do enjoy switching around and setting up new systems just for the fun of it, the truth is that with each change I learn something new, and my setup gets a little bit better.

Here are the three main things I've learned about myself and GTD:

<IMG width="240" height="180" alt="Picture for my blog post on my "Killer GTD setup"" src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1368/543883702_7ccabb2270_m.jpg" />

I take lots of notes, and I always have my notebook nearby.
