LONDON (Reuters) - Nine albums from the late George Harrison have been made available online through retailers such as Apple's iTunes, record label Parlophone said on Wednesday, as the fourth and final member of the Beatles finally went digital.

As a group, the Beatles have been among the highest-profile holdouts to putting music online but a recent settlement to a lengthy trademark dispute between Apple and the Beatles' company, Apple Corps Ltd, is seen as finally clearing the way.

Parlophone, part of the EMI music group, said nine albums including "All Things Must Pass," were now available from all digital service providers and said more would follow online in the new year.

The announcement means that the solo catalogues of all four Beatles are now available digitally.

Help this mayor and his little town by donating what you can. iACLU threw 25 lawyers against this little town. The mayor stated that he got several hundred thousand dollars from citizens around the country... from $5, $10 etc. donations. Pretty strong support... he isn't backing down and his cause is certainly worth supporting for any conscientious American.

Online flamewars certainly can get nasty at times, often boiling over into quite a bit of rage -- but it's still pretty rare (and amazing) to see that anger then boil over into the real world.

A guy in Virginia who got into a flamewar online decided to make it a bit more literal, and drove 1,300 miles to Waco, Texas to burn down the home of one of this online enemies from a (no, this isn't a joke) picture sharing community. Not only that, but the attacker took photos of each "Welcome to State X" signs and shared them online as he made his way across the country -- to let others in the community know he was serious about going after the other guy. What did the one guy do to piss the other guy off? Apparently he had different political views and posted a silly photo claiming the other guy was a nerd.
