What the F#&k?

I'm originally from Louisiana, but, I lived in this city for 5 years. It's the St. Charles area of St. Louis. R.T. Weillers was part of a downtown stretch of bars and clubs, fairly small, but well maintained and catered to pretty much any crowd.

Theres a college in the town, but the bars are a fairly mixed crowd. Comparatively speaking (compared to the Louisiana and Texas cities I've lived in) St. Charles is mild. Compared to East St. Louis, St Charles is VERY mild.

I don't see this passing, as the people there are pretty civil, but they enjoy being able to let loose at times. IF it does pass I expect bars in neighboring counties to see a significant jump in patronage, and also a nice jump in St. Charles area DUI's.
