profits. One such money-saving measure is to use readability formulas on all text and
materials. Readability formulas let you know if your text is readable by your target
audience (your customers, suppliers, employees, etc). Studies show that readable text
matched to the grade-level of your readers can increase their interest and improve your
results to get your message across. Here’s how:

Putting Service to Work

Princeton University

Student Agencies

Student-run businesses at Princeton date back to the early 1900s when some undergraduates needed certain services such as laundry and newspaper delivery, and other undergrads needed to work for money to pay for their education. Since then, the student agencies have evolved. They're no longer part of the financial aid services—and there are now 19 of them.

The agencies provide all sorts of services including food delivery, souvenirs, moving and storage, and dorm furnishings. Michael Cacchio, a manager of the food delivery agency Tiger Foods, says he really understood responsibility when he realized his management and success affected the restaurant owners who participated in the business he runs.
