The gathering of nuts are for use at a later time- When Obama finally gets into office he can repay all these nuts with political favors or give them staff positions in his administration.
He gathers for his own purposes and use not to be shared with others
The gathering of these nuts are for survival and self preservation- the squirrel eats them Obama uses them to promote his political aspirations
Attacks when cornered by clawing and biting- Whenever Obama is asked about his nut gathering he goes on the attack
Runs away from confrontation- When you attempt to catch a squirrel he quickly runs away and hides.

After reading this story I have to sit here and wonder what the heck happened to common sense and decency and to think there are actually people who do not see the harm this type of behavior has on our society.

An Iowa county judge has ruled that a nude dance by an underage girl at a strip club is an artistic expression protected by the First Amendment.

Strip clubs are illegal in the state of Iowa. But numerous such establishments operate under a loophole that allows nudity in theaters, museums, and other venues featuring works of art, dance, and theatrical performances.

Prosecutors only filed charges after learning that a 17-year-old girl, who had entered the club illegally, was allowed to strip for patrons. But the club's owners claimed the "artistic nudity" loophole protected them and that they were not responsible for the actions of the child. The local judge agreed, but Trueman does not.

"That's really stretching it. It was a bar. It was a minor child that got up, spontaneously, to do a nude dance. That is not protected," he argues. "This is a tragic situation because a minor was involved."

I bet you thought I was going to say Obama right? Well actually in a way I am going to say Obama. But I am referring to his energy policy which this highly educated presidential hopeful feels is our best hope for our domestic oil production problem.

Thursday, July 30th presidential candidate Barak Obama said at a campaign rally in Springfield, MO:

“We could save all the oil that they’re talking about getting off drilling, if everybody was just inflating their tires and getting regular tune-ups. You could actually save just as much,”

Yep you guessed it. The next time you pull into your gas station and ask for a fill-up make sure you are talking about your tires and not your gas tank.

Mr Obama seems to feel that if we all inflate our tires and give our cars tune ups we can save as much gas as is in our own natural oil resources.

For this and other ridiculous comments we have officially declared Obama as one who flew over the cuckoo’s nest.

I wonder if Nancy Pelosi along with Obama's ACORN organization are signing these illegals up to vote for Obama? And we thought the Republicans where the only ones who stole elections! Do I hear a collective DUH?

A new study warns that fraudulent votes by non-citizens, including illegal aliens, could swing this year's local and national elections.

"When you learn that half of the 9/11 hijackers were registered to vote, that's when you realize that the honor system the country has for its voter registration system is broken," explains Hans von Spakovsky, a visiting scholar at the Heritage Foundation and author of a new report titled "The Threat of Non-Citizen Voting."

The study says tens if not hundreds of thousands of non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, are registered to vote nationwide. Former Federal Election Commission member von Spakovsky points out the U.S. expects individuals, when they register to vote, to comply with the law and not register if they are not American citizens -- but people are clearly breaking that law and there is no way for the government to detect it, he states.

non-citizen voting is likely growing at the same rate as the alien population in the U.S.

Launch into an a cappella version of the Star Spangled Banner in the California State Capitol and a group could find themselves facing Capitol Security and officers of the California Highway Patrol. And that is what happened, says Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, when a group of students touring the capitol, as part of the "City on a Hill" education program, spontaneously began to sing the national anthem.

He argues that "[s]uch spontaneous expression of love for...country should never, ever be stifled by government when it's in no way creating a disturbance of any kind...."

Pacific Justice Institute sent a letter to the Chief Sergeant at Arms for the Capitol informing him that citizens have a First Amendment right to express themselves in the capitol rotunda as long as they are not being disruptive, and that any future attempt to interfere with that right will result in appropriate legal action.

A homosexual man has filed a $70 million lawsuit against Bible publishers Zondervan and Thomas Nelson, alleging that their version of the Bible that refers to homosexuality as a sin violates his constitutional rights and has caused him emotional distress.

Bradley LaShawn Fowler, an ex-con turned author, filed the federal suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Monday, the same day a judge refused to appoint him a lawyer for his suit against Thomas Nelson, The Grand Rapids Press reported.

Fowler, who is representing himself in both cases, claims that Zondervan manipulated Scripture by using the term "homosexuals" in 1 Corinthians 6:9 of their 1982 and 1987 revised edition Bibles. He also contends that the reference to homosexuality were deleted by the publisher in later versions without informing the public.

He alleges that since the older Kings James Version containing the term "homosexuals" is used by his family pastor, he has been outcast by his family.

Website Lets Christians E-Mail Friends After Rapture

Christians who believe they might one day be physically swept up to heaven in the Rapture will be able to send e-mails to loved ones left behind on Earth nearly one week after the apocalyptic event takes place, thanks to a new website.

YouveBeenLeftBehind.com lets subscribers send an e-mail message to up to 62 people exactly six days after they've disappeared from the face of the Earth, Wired Magazine's Threat Level reports.

The website, run by Mark Heard along with four other Christians, dispatches the e-mails when at least three staff members fail to log in for six consecutive days. Its main purpose is to give Christians one final shot at evangelism.

"You've Been Left Behind gives you one last opportunity to reach your lost family and friends for Christ," states the website.

The services offered by the site cost $40 a year. Heard told Threat Level that he already has paying subscribers.

John Freshwater has been a teacher in the Mt. Vernon public schools for over 20 years. Twice he has been designated as “Teacher of the Year” by the School Board—most recently just last year. That was then. A few months ago it seems that a student in one of his classes made accusations that Mr. Freshwater was being too Christian in his class.

As a result, the School Board demanded that Mr. Freshwater remove a Bible that has been sitting on the corner of his desk for 21 years. You read that correctly, “sitting” on the corner of his desk. The teacher is not accused of reading it, proclaiming it, preaching from it. Nope—it just sits there. Evidently, that has offended at least one student, so the Bible has to go.

In direct defiance of his employer, Freshwater has refused to remove the Bible from the desk.

The Bible remains on his desk. Shortly after the initial confrontation over the Bible, approximately 75 percent of the students in the middle school brought Bibles to school

Sexting latest trend amongst teens.

clipper's remarks: I could never understand why a teenager needed a cell phone to begin with, let alone one with all kinds of bells and whistles. My own personal cell phone does not take pictures nor am I able to send and receive text messages or images. I find there is absolutely no need to do any of that from a PHONE.

Our society is awash in excess. Over kill in many respects, What once was a LUXURY now seems to be a necessity in some peoples minds. I can understand the sense of security one can feel by being able to contact a son or daughter at anytime via the cell phone but WHY ON EARTH do they need one with every available option not to mention the COST of it all. Wouldn't a simple cell phone that sends and receives calls be ENOUGH?

Must our children need to be able to send text and pictures on a PHONE? Take it away from them parents and act like the adults you are supposed to be.

Students are using their cell phones to text crude and pornographic images of each other to their friends.

It's called "sexting," sending graphic images, videos and text to friends. It's such a problem the San Diego Police Department has an entire team dedicated to sexting and internet crimes.

"We carry 60-70 cases ongoing," said Sgt. Chuck Arnold of the Internet Crimes Against Children task force. Arnold points out that puppy love isn't what it used to be. What begins as an innocent snapshot can quickly spiral.

"The next picture is usually going to be on panties or bras, something like that," explains Arnold. "They eventually go to a shot of breasts, to a shot of vaginal region, something like that. And then to where we've actually had full on videos of a strip tease and masturbation."

He says just about every junior high and high school in San Diego has a problem.

"It's very big...It's everywhere."

Richard Peltz, an award-winning law professor at the University of Arkansas, felt trapped by accusations of racism. Peltz had alienated some of his black students in the following fashion:

1) he participated in a panel discussion on affirmative action and argued against it,

2) he displayed in class a satirical article from The Onion that mentioned, among other things, Rosa Parks’s death

3) he illustrated the unfairness of affirmative action policies by offering to give all minority students an extra point on a test just for signing a form.

It would appear that learning has been reduced to indoctrinating students into a pre-set ideologies. Any deviation from the PRACTICED NORM is met with opposition. I thought learning was best nurtured in an environment that did not stifle alternative viewpoints but actually encouraged such.

Americans pay dearly to have our kids indoctrinated by the university's p.c. police.

At Colorado College in Colorado Springs, a couple of insouciant students circulated a flyer that parodied one distributed by the Feminist and Gender Studies program. The FGS flyer called itself the “Monthly Rag” (charming) and reportedly advertised a lecture on “feminist porn” and carried an approving mention of “castration.” The student parody flyer, the “Monthly Bag,” referred to “tough guy wisdom,” the range of a sniper rifle and “chainsaw etiquette.”

The students responsible for the parody were at first threatened with expulsion, which was later reduced to a violation of the college’s student-conduct policy on (get ready for it) “violence.”

Translation: If someone uses words you find offensive, he has committed an act of violence.

clipper's remarks: Some may not care if a leader of our country spouts off made-up biblical utterances but to me this just shows the dire dirth of knowledge present on capital hill. They call them misstatements but in reality they are lies plain and simple. No attempt is made by these 'leaders' to search out truth they just continually spout out falsehoods after falsehoods and the American people seem to just give them a pass.

I am not the smartest bird in the nest but this eagle can spot a doo doo bird simply enough. No wonder they became extinct. Perhaps we should send some of these congresspersons the way of the doo doo bird into oblivion.

On Earth Day, Nancy Pelosi quoted the Bible: “The Bible tells us in the Old Testament, ‘To minister to the needs of God’s creation is an act of worship. Apparently, it’s a favorite verse of hers. She has used it in official statements on global warming, the budget, Martin Luther King Day, Christmas, and why she’s a Democrat. Jim Hoft has audio chronicles.

CNS News asked other Bible scholars for the source of the quote in the Old Testament that Nancy Pelosi keeps invoking.

They can’t find it either.
