The Testicle Cookbook: Cooking With Balls has been hailed as the world's first testicle recipe collection and includes testicle pizza, battered testicles and barbecued testicles with giblets.

When you LOL at silly pictures of cats with even sillier captions, Ben Huh laughs all the way to the bank.

Huh, a Seattle entrepreneur, has built a mini-empire on the unique brand of humor illustrated by the "LOLcats" craze: photos with captions punctuated by deliberately misspelled words and mangled phrases.

His network of eight Web sites, which includes I Can Has Cheezburger and I Can Has a Hot Dog, attracts 5 million users and 100 million page views a month.

Since buying I Can Has Cheezburger, Huh has added companion sites devoted to dogs, politics and really bad translations of English, among others. A fan favorite is Fail Blog, in which people take joy in others' mishaps.

When the company posts job openings, it receives a flood of résumés. The subject line of one cover letter read: "I can haz dream Job? My rezumez! Let me showz u thm."

"We want to make people happy for five minutes a day," he said.

"LOLcats is a language that is going to continue to get bigger and bigger,"

A sheriff's department in Texas believes it may have caught the legendary chupacabra on camera.

Dewitt county deputies on patrol recorded what they believe is the mythical creature.

"I've been covering these back roads for a long time and I've never run across anything like this, until that day."

Last Friday, hours before sunset, corporal Brandon Riedel and his partner were checking fence-lines near Cuero when they stumbled across the alleged creature of the night.
"We came around a corner and saw this running down the road."
Riedel says it's hairless, with a long snout, short front legs and long back legs.
"It's just strange."

Some believe the thing the eventually disappeared into the brush could be the legendary goat-sucker himself... The chupacabra.

He tells us it looks a lot like this creature found dead in Cuero last year.
It was first believed to be a chupacabra.
But tests at Texas state showed it was some sort of coyote.

New Coral Reefs Discovered

A series of coral reefs estimated to cover more than 110 square miles of the sea floor have been discovered in the Southern Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Brazil.

The reefs vary from 9 to 124 miles from the Brazilian coastline and have been found at depths ranging from 60 to 220 feet.

The discovery, announced at the International Coral Reef Symposium held in Fort Lauderdale, in the United States, doubles the known size of the Abrolhos Bank reef system.

Abrolhos Bank is already considered to be one of the most important reefs and it boasts a huge number of marine animals, including some corals, molluscs and fish found nowhere else in the world. Wildlife is even more abundant in the newly discovered areas.

Due to their relative inaccessibility and depth, the newly discovered reefs are teeming with life, in some places harboring 30 times the density of marine life than the known, shallower reefs.”

To the unsuspecting eye, these pictures may look as if crazed horses are running wild through a crowd, endangering the lives of the thousands around them.

In fact, these are the famous stallions of Menorca's traditional Fiesta of San Joan (Saint John).

The festival, which dates back to the 14th century, is celebrated every year at the start of the summer solstice and sees the trained horses walking through the streets of downtown Ciutadella on their hind legs to the delight of the gathered crowd.

The riders each represent the church, nobility, craftsmen and country people.

After the parade, the horses and their riders gallop through the streets and entertain the crowd with mounted games.

During the three-four day festival, people take to the streets and party non-stop.

As well as gathering to witness the horse parade, another usual tradition of the festival is for people to throw sackfuls of hazelnuts at one another.

Piggy Boots

You can't get much happier than a pig in muck, or so we are told.

But when this little piggy arrived in the farmyard she showed a marked reluctance to get her trotters dirty.

While her six brothers and sisters messed around in the mire, she stayed on the edge shaking. It is thought she might have mysophobia - a fear of dirt.

Owners Debbie and Andrew Keeble were at a loss, until they remembered the four miniature wellies used as pen and pencil holders in their office. They slipped them on the piglet's feet - and into the mud she happily ploughed.

Now she runs over to Mr Keeble so he can put them on for her in the morning.

The couple, who run the award-winning Debbie and Andrew's sausage company in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, named the young saddleback Cinders after Cinderella and her magical glass slippers.

Fortunately for five-week-old Cinders, she will not end up in one of their sausages. Although they were pig farmers for 20 years, the Keebles keep them only as pets nowadays.

Any parent keeps a close eye on their brood when they're out and about next to busy roads.

Especially when the youngsters in question are only a month old and are covered in fluffy feathers.

This family of swans turned heads as they waddled through the Cornish resort of Perranporth on a 500-yard trek from the beach to their home on a boating lake.

The cob and pen safely guided the eight cygnets along the pavements - but their parenting skills seemed to desert them at a zebra crossing as they marched the chicks up the middle of the road.

Dave Quinell, who took these pictures, said: 'When I saw them they were lined up outside the fish and chip shop looking into the window. Seeing them on the high street was surreal.'

Retired RSPCA warden Rex Harper, 71, says he knows the family of swans well and suggested they learnt road safety by watching shoppers.

He said: 'The female knows the area pretty well so they may well have seen other people going over the crossing and picked it up.
