Beyonce on the Set of Her Brand New Video!

Can you guys believe Beyonce is already coming out with a new album, and a new video? It’s all happening so fast! But anyhow, Bey was spotted on the set of her new video for her first single, “If I Were A Boy.” I don’t know about any of the other guys who hit up the site, but seeing her role playing in that cop uniform kinda turns me on … if you know wha I mean, lol! Shout-out to Beyonce Source for the photos!

The single impacts radio on October 7th, along with “Single Ladies,” so expect the two videos to be released sometime in October. Hell, maybe even sooner!

Pop star Kylie Minogue's singing career began with I Should Be So Lucky, recorded in 1987 and a number one hit the year after.

In 2001 Kylie encouraged fans to dance like robots as Can't Get You Out of My Head topped the UK chart and revived her popularity in the US.

After releasing a greatest hits album, Kylie began her Showgirl tour in 2005, but it was cut short two months in, when the singer was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Nearly a year later, Kylie used her website to post the first pictures of herself following chemotherapy.

Following her recovery, Kylie resumed her Showgirl tour in Australia in November 2006. Now having released her 10th studio album, X, she is currently in the middle of a European tour.

Unlike last year's PLUG Awards -- hosted by David Cross, performances by Malkmus and Tokyo Police Club, featuring iPod battles and other weirdness -- we couldn't make the presentation ceremony this year. So we missed out on Patton Oswalt, Nick Cave, the Forms, Dizzee, St. Vincent, etc. We also missed out on hearing our name as winner of Best Music Blog. That's all thanks to you guys so -- thanks, you guys! It'll go on the mantle right next to the family portrait and the shrinkwrapped K-Fed CD. Other big winners at the indie People's Choice Awards included Arcade Fire (Best Album, Best Live Act), Animal Collective (Best Indie Album), the National (Best Song), Justice (Best New Artist), St. Vincent (Best Female Artist), Andrew Bird (Best Male Artist), Pitchfork (Best Music Website), and Radiohead (Artist of the Year). "Grey's Anatomy" actress Katherine Heigl marries

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Katherine Heigl, an Emmy-winning star of medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," married her musician boyfriend in Utah on Sunday, US Weekly magazine reported on its Web site.

Heigl, 29, and Josh Kelley, 27, tied the knot under a marquee at a resort in Park City, Utah. Among the guests at the black-tie ceremony were Heigl's co-stars Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh and T.R. Knight, the magazine said.

Heigl won an Emmy in September for her role as an adulterous medic in the ABC network's "Grey's Anatomy," which follows the lives and loves of physicians at a Seattle hospital. She met Kelley in 2005, when she was cast in a music video, and they were engaged the following year after Heigl forced the issue.

Kelley, a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter, is due to release a new album in February.

A yet to be titled record is coming soon from the band Portishead, according to reports.

It's been nearly a decade since the band has released material, which will see the light of day in April in the UK. Still no release date in the U.S. ~~the bastards!~~

Alanis Morissette will be inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall Of Fame and be presented with a lifetime achievement award during the Canadian Radio Music Awards luncheon at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel on March 8 as part of Canadian Music Week.

Morissette became a global star following the 1995 release of her Maverick debut, Jagged Little Pill, which went on to sell more than 30 million copies around the world and spawned six hit singles. The sales chart-topping Former Infatuation Junkie followed in 1998, and an MTV Unplugged compilation came out a year later.

Morissette has won 12 Juno Awards and seven Grammys, and was honoured by The Friends Of The United Nations with the Global Tolerance Award in 2001.

Morissette is working on her next album with producer Guy Sigsworth. It's expected to be called Flavors Of Entanglement and be out next year.

NY’s SCISSOR SISTERS have this uncanny knack to make us smile when their music comes on. Maybe because they write fierce (yes I just said “fierce”) pop tunes that sound like Elton John if he turned up the fuschia bit more.

We were thinking how could the sisters make our holidays better? And they answered, “We’re going to put a DVD and it’s going to be awesome!” Thank you Sisters!

The group will be putting out a DVD titled Hurrah! A Year Of Tah-Dah on December 4th. The DVD will contain a documentary of the band’s whirlwind past year on the road touring in support of their second album Tah-Dah as well as a 19-song performance from the UK’s O2 Fest. The DVD will also include all the band’s videos and an 8 song bonus disc with some live and acoustic tracks.

Details of Garbage singer Shirley Manson's solo album has been leaked.

The tracks are credited to Manson and The Bird And The Bee member Greg Kurstin.

Manson has worked with Beck, The White Stripes' Jack White, Smashing Pumpkins' Billy Corgan and [A]The Blue Nile[/a]'s Paul Buchanan on songs.

Track titles have appeared on the website of the American Society Of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

Alanis Morissette has just about completed her new studio album 'Flavors Of Entanglement'.

Yesterday evening Canadian pop star/singer & songwriter Alanis Morissette finished recording her latest album 'Flavors Of Entanglement'. The album will be released in early 2008, in support of her future United States tour with Matchbox Twenty.

The new album will be her first studio album since 'So Called Chaos' from 2004. Her most popular record, 'Jagged Little Pill', has sold more than 40 million copies since its American debut in 1995.

Kate Bush has recorded a new song for the movie 'The Golden Compass'.

The track 'Lyra' will be featured over the film's end credits and on the soundtrack.

The song is named after Lyra Belacqua, the lead character in 'The Golden Compass', and was written and produced by Bush in her own studio, and features Oxford's Magdalen College Choir.
