In one new McKinsey & Company study, more than 50 percent of the 2,847 worldwide executives surveyed reported using some combination of Web 2.0 technologies to communicate with suppliers and partners (see chart, “Building New Bridges”). For example, of the 70 percent that use Web 2.0 technologies to connect with customers, one-fifth say they use blogs to improve customer service or solicit customer feedback.

Why Companies Are Turning to Web 2.0
CIOs surveyed by Forrester reported using at least one of six Web 2.0 technologies in their firms. (Multiple responses were allowed.)

<clipSource>http://www.microsoft.com/business/peopleready/articles/ArticleDetails.aspx?id=6</clipSource>
