The first thing you have to understand about the movie, "Iron Man," is that
it is based on a super hero comic book series. For those of you who are not
aware, super hero comic books are cartoon-style magazines read by effeminate
	young boys who
	don't play
sports. I'm going to put it bluntly - and ladies, close your ears now,
or ask your husband later - comic book readers are given toward a lifestyle
of masturbation directed toward men wearing leotards. Thankfully, in a
civilized society, these little perverts are not able to fulfill their
disgusting fantasies in our school gymnasiums unless, of course, they are
attending school in England, where boys learn to prance about like
homosexuals in the first grade! In God's Country, America, if a sissy
hankers toward a mastrabatorial fantasy in the school gym, God willing,
there will be a True Christian™ jock, on hand to beat the devil out of them.

Tags: christian, fundamentalism, religion, landover, stupid people, bible, iron man

<clipSource>http://www.landoverbaptist.org/2008/may/ironman.html</clipSource>

Theist Quotes - a collection from various forums

clipped by: AcesLucky
clipper's remarks: This doesn't even scratch the surface! Most of it is hilarious, and sad, that people can be so intellectually impoverished.

I left off the names because they are probably embarrassing by now, assuming these people have improved their thinking.

But the site (and shown here is a very short sample) credits the source and the person (otherwise you might not believe it with your own eyes)!

Clip Source: www.rebas.se

Plagues are good and God knows this. Without them he couldn't teach us how to stop them.

One does not have to read well, one merely must believe; often the mentally challenged are quicker to believe than others.

Your belief is reality. I've yet to see anybody prove that reality exists.

Atheism is a bizaare claim. I percieve it the same as if someone told me they could not make themselves invisible.

look at the queen ant and you will see God in action. The queen ant is like God in a way with all the ants working to keep her alive.

And in fact, what is objective reality anyway, other than a myth that some people called scientists decide to believe in.

As for the 'stories' in the Bible. They are all true... at least those that have happened.

why do atheist so desperately try to hold on to reality? what are you afraid of?

But no one suggests McCain shares Hagee's delusions, or thinks AIDS is God's punishment for homosexuality. Pat Robertson called for the assassination of a foreign head of state and asked God to remove Supreme Court justices, yet he remains a force in the Republican religious right. After 9/11 Jerry Falwell said the attack was God's judgment on America for having been driven out of our schools and the public square, but when McCain goes after the endorsement of the preacher he once condemned as an agent of intolerance, the press gives him a pass.

Many religious theists cite Einstein as an example of a smart scientist who was also a religious theist like them. This supposedly rebuts the idea that science conflicts with religion or that science is atheistic. However, Albert Einstein consistently and unambiguously denied believing in personal gods who answered prayers or involved themselves in human affairs - exactly the sort of god common to religious theists claiming that Einstein was one of them.

Clip Source: atheism.about.com

Albert Einstein Quotes on a Personal God: Einstein Denied Personal Gods, Prayer

Albert Einstein Regarded Belief in Personal Gods as Fantasy, Childish

2. All of which means one of three things (or perhaps a combination of them): either Billy Graham's daughter is a fruit loop, God has really lousy aim, or

People did all of these things. Link below. First of all, I'd like to say there are many good Christian men who treat their wives kindly and as equals, and this clip does not speak to them, rather the abuser who uses his abuse and control of women in his mind by religious justification.

Clip Source: www.pinn.net

Rinck tells us how to recognize these men, suggests how to deal with these men, and tells us that we women are fully human and that no one, man or woman, has God's blessing to treat us as any less than fully human.

The man assumes he has the "God-given" right to control how she lives and behaves. Her needs or thoughts are not even considered.

He acts charming and sweet at church and is well-liked at work, yet at home the family has to "walk on eggs" to prevent setting him off.

He may even try to restrict her normal church activities because "a woman's place is in the home." If other people, especially other men, notice her or talk to her, he becomes very angry or jealous.

When anything goes wrong in the home or in their relationship, the problem is always her. If she would just be "more submissive" or "more filled with the spirit" or "obey me like a good Christian wife," everything would be fine

<clipSource>http://www.pinn.net/~sunshine/book-sum/xtian2.html</clipSource>

What is God For?

clipped by: AcesLucky
clipper's remarks: ?

Clip Source: www.iansouter.com

I found an anti-war poster on StumbleUpon which inspired me to make this.
