The first thing you have to understand about the movie, "Iron Man," is that
it is based on a super hero comic book series. For those of you who are not
aware, super hero comic books are cartoon-style magazines read by effeminate
	young boys who
	don't play
sports. I'm going to put it bluntly - and ladies, close your ears now,
or ask your husband later - comic book readers are given toward a lifestyle
of masturbation directed toward men wearing leotards. Thankfully, in a
civilized society, these little perverts are not able to fulfill their
disgusting fantasies in our school gymnasiums unless, of course, they are
attending school in England, where boys learn to prance about like
homosexuals in the first grade! In God's Country, America, if a sissy
hankers toward a mastrabatorial fantasy in the school gym, God willing,
there will be a True Christian™ jock, on hand to beat the devil out of them.

Tags: christian, fundamentalism, religion, landover, stupid people, bible, iron man

<clipSource>http://www.landoverbaptist.org/2008/may/ironman.html</clipSource>

Thomas Jefferson on Christianity and Religion

clipped by: AcesLucky
clipper's remarks: Thoughts of another founding father.

Clip Source: www.nobeliefs.com

Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common
  law.

-Thomas Jefferson, letter to Dr. Thomas Cooper, February 10,
  1814

What is it men cannot be made to believe!

-Thomas Jefferson to Richard Henry Lee, April 22, 1786. (on
the British regarding America, but quoted here for its universal
  appeal.)

In every country and in every age, the priest has been hostile
to liberty. He is always in alliance with the despot, abetting
his abuses in return for protection to his own.

-Thomas Jefferson, letter to Horatio G. Spafford, March 17,
  1814

Man once surrendering his reason, has no remaining guard against
absurdities the most monstrous, and like a ship without rudder,
is the sport of every wind.

-Thomas Jefferson to James Smith, 1822.

And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus,

The unnecessary, tragic deaths of two children last month whose respective parents let them die of preventable diseases in the name of faith will be discussed with Shawn Francis Peters, author of When Prayer Fails: Faith Healing, Children and the Law. Dan Barker's "Pagan Pulpit" exposes the biblical admonitions to rely on faith to heal. Also featured: clips from "Fitna," the controversial Internet movie about Islam by Dutch parliament member Geert Wilders, an update on a Congressional probe of prosperity preachers, and a recording of Tom Lehrer, born April 8, singing his classic "Vatican Rag."

For instance, here's one:

ALL those "scientists" who are persecuted for believing "out of the box"? You know what, where are you tests you've preformed to PROVE Intelligent design? What Experimets did you preform? What results did you find that support your hypthesis of their being a designer? huh? Where are they? .... Oh wait.. you don't have any? You just "believe" that what HASN"T been explained by science yet must be something else??? Hmm.... Sounds like your saying "Whatever hasn't be figured out (yet) MUST be God!!

Or this:
"Unfortunately I feel it's pretty hard to have an honest discussion on the topic of origin these days because it seems that so few people are capable of accurately representing or fairly treating the arguments of anyone who sees it differently."

Clip Source: www.livescience.com

New Anti-Evolution Film Stirs Controversy

NEW YORK — A handful of journalists filed into a small theater at the Park Avenue Screening
Room here last night to see a preview for "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed." The 90-minute documentary-style
flick features Ben Stein, a comedian, lawyer, actor and former speechwriter. It
is a movie about the so-called debate between supporters of "intelligent
design" and Charles Darwin's scientific theory of evolution.

Some scientists,
however, are outraged about the conduct of the filmmaker during production and
screening as well as the film's effort to tie Darwin's ideas to Hitler. One prominent
scientist who is in the movie has since called it shoddy and sinister.

The basic principles of neither evolution nor ID are clearly explained in the movie.

"Expelled" opens in theaters nationwide starting on April 18.

will find a common form of worship.

While the Interfaith movement appears on the surface to be harmless enough,
in reality this is the beginning of the end. Ultimately, we will be forced
to make a decision between Jesus and Satan. We will choose between our exclusive
claim on Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior vs. a watered-down anti-biblical
document. We will be asked to accept that spiritual truths can be found in
all of the world's religions and that there is more than one path to heaven.
A Bible-believing Christian cannot agree to this.

They believe that the future of our world depends on all of

Or do we change the interpretation of god's word to fit our sensibilities at the time?

Perhaps we create god's word as we go. Certainly our interpretation does.

Clip Source: bible.cc

<< 1 Corinthians 14:34 >>

GOD'S WORD® Translation (©1995)
the women must keep silent. The lawsuit alleges that Earl Paulk manipulated Brewer into an affair from 1989 to 2003 by telling her it was her only path to salvation.

In a 2006 deposition for the lawsuit, the archbishop said under oath that the only woman he had ever had sex with outside of his marriage was Brewer.

But the results of a court-ordered paternity test revealed in October that Paulk is the biological father of his brother's son, D.E. Paulk, who is now head pastor at the church. As part of Brewer's lawsuit, eight women have given sworn depositions that they were coerced into sexual relationships with Earl Paulk.

the Cathedral at Chapel Hill claimed about 10,000 members and 24 pastors and was a media powerhouse.
