While you might get to feel the goods, you're not going to be invited back.

2 Not knowing how to kiss sensitively

Passionate or sensitive, firm or gentle, good kissing is an art form which lubricates the wheels of sex and gets everyone in the mood for more intimacy. Learn how to kiss, and do it well. That doesn't mean sticking your tongue in her mouth and wiggling it around like you're trying to floss her teeth.

3 Being too rough when you touch her erogenous zones

Men like a firmer touch than women, especially when it comes to our penises. So if you touch her clitoris with as much force as you apply to your penis when you masturbate, she's most likely to howl with pain - and then kick you out of bed. Remember: the clitoris has twice as many nerve endings as the penis, in a much smaller area. Treat it with respect. It's the only organ in the human body that has no function other than to provide pleasure.

4 Not stroking and caressing her

A woman's second biggest sex organ is her skin. (The first is her mind.) You can make your touch on any part of her body into a sexy caress, but you have to focus on what you're doing and put some sexual energy into your fingers while you caress her. That means not thinking about the baseball game while you're giving her a sensuous massage.

5 Locking onto her nipples like a suckling child

Yes, we know it's fun for you. To her it just feels like she's got a teething infant hanging off her breast. Lick and kiss around her whole breast before you go for the nipple, then flick your tongue gently across the nipple and around the areolae. If she likes what you're doing, you'll know by her moans of pleasure.

Tags: sex, mistakes, men, woman, entertainment, education, true

<clipSource>http://www.eioba.com/a2849/fifty_mistakes_men_make_when_having_sex</clipSource>

62 Little Known Uses Of Vinegar

clipped by: mini_clips

Clip Source: odyb.net

Couples who have been together for several years show increased brain activity associated with these chemicals, when they look at pictures of their partner. Oxytocin is produced when couples have sex and touch, kiss and massage each other - the hormone makes us more trusting, helps overcome "social fear" and is important for bonding.

Brain scans of people in love show that the old adage "love is blind" really is true. While the dopamine reward areas are excited in love, regions linked with negative emotions and critical social judgement switch off.

Clip Source: www.newscientist.com

In the brain, romantic love shows similarities to going mildly insane or suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder. Second I don't know if I'm comfortable giving myself a nude massage. I'm sure I'll have to insist that I wear some clothing so that I don't get uncomfortable with myself.

Clip Source: www.wikihow.com

Loosen up your muscles with a warm bath. Soaking in Epsom salt alone will help to aleviate soreness.

Dry yourself with a warm towel from the dryer.

Keep your clothing off, as skin-to-skin contact is much more effective than massaging through clothing. Using massage lotion (or any lotion) will help reduce friction

Start at the back of your head (don't get lotion in your hair!) and work down towards the shoulders.

For the lower back: You can wear clothes for this.

Tags: <a Unstoppable)

clipped by: Kore7
clipper's remarks: Steve Yegge on the benefits and mostly drawbacks of agile programming. Probably the most interesting portion is his insider's look into the development atmosphere at Google, where a controlled type of agile programming runs rampant, with huge results. Oh and did he menion the perks?
And there are still other incentives; the list goes on and ON and ON; the perks are over the top, and the rewards are over the top, and everything there is so comically over the top that you have no choice, as an outsider, but to assume that everything the recruiter is telling you is a baldfaced lie, because there's no possible way a company could be that generous to all of its employees, all of them, I mean even the contractors who clean the micro-kitchens, they get these totally awesome "Google Micro-Kitchen Staff" shirts and fleeces.

Clip Source: steve-yegge.blogspot.com

Wednesday, September 27, 2006

First, and arguably most importantly, Google drives behavior through incentives. Engineers working on important projects are, on average, rewarded more than those on less-important projects. You can choose to work on a far-fetched research-y kind of project that may never be practical to anyone, but the work will have to be a reward unto itself. If it turns out you were right and everyone else was wrong (the startup's dream), and your little project turns out to be tremendously impactful, then you'll be rewarded for it. Guaranteed.

The rewards and incentives are too numerous to talk about here, but the financial incentives range from gift certificates and massage coupons up through giant bonuses and stock grants, where I won't define "giant" precisely, but think of Google's scale and let your imagination run a bit wild, and you probably won't miss the mark by much.

There are other incentives. One is that Google a peer-review oriented culture, and earning the respect of your peers means a lot there. More than it does at other places, I think. This is in part because it's just the way the culture works; it's something that was put in place early on and has managed to become habitual. It's also true because your peers are so damn smart that earning their respect is a huge deal.
